How long does shipping take?

Due to high demand, all orders are processed within 3-7 days. Delivery time depends on the specific product and the supplier. Typically, shipping time is between 15 and 21 working days. We do our best to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Yes, as the goods are usually shipped from abroad, customs duties and value added tax (VAT) may apply. These additional costs depend on the value of the order and the country of origin of the product and are to be paid by you upon delivery.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive or is damaged?

If your order does not arrive after the estimated delivery time or the product is damaged, please contact us directly. We will arrange for you to receive either a replacement or a refund.

How can I cancel or change an order?

Since we forward your order immediately to our supplier, changes or cancellations can only be considered within the first 24 hours after the order. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible by email.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
